SHIPPING

If your address is not delivered to by carriers please provide alternative address details. You can expect to receive your parcel within 3-5 business days of dispatch. Please note, we are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses, so when placing your order please provide a physical postal address.

DISPATCH OF ORDERS

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days of Order Confirmation, subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order, we will contact you via email and offer an alternative solution or a refund.

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

On receiving the order, the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify The Flip Flop Company, as soon as possible. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The Flip Flop Company ships to most destinations around the world via a number of different carriers. Our international shipping charges are transport costs only and we are unable to accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your new The Flip Flop Company products. Whilst the decision on size, style and to purchase is up to you as a customer, we understand sometimes things don’t go to plan.

We accept returns for refund or exchange for a period 30 days from delivery.

As you would expect, the item must be returned in original packaging and tags and unworn.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges

Prior to returning items, you must contact us to arrange the return please contact our Customer Care Team help@theflipflopcompany.co.uk.

We recommend you return items using a trackable postage method. The Flip Flop Company will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit.

Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed and credited to your account.

Please note for returns and exchanges (other than for reasons due to manufacturing fault) you the “Customer” are responsible for the cost of return postage as well as the cost of postage of the replacement items(s).

If the item(s) are deemed to have a manufacturing fault a refund may be issued, if you believe an item has a manufacturing fault, please contact our Customer Care Team help@theflipflopcompany.co.uk.

Refunds, gift vouchers or exchanges will not be provided for purchases labelled as “Final Sale”, or other sales and promotions offered by the The Flip Flop Company.

 

OUR GUARANTEE

Every item supplied by The Flip Flop Company is performance tested by our team prior to being listed for sale, we guarantee all goods sold to you are of good quality. A product is considered faulty or not of acceptable quality if it is unsafe, does not perform as it should. If an item is faulty or not of acceptable quality you may be entitled to a credit, replacement, or refund. If you believe there is a fault with the item you have received, please contact our Customer Care Team help@theflipflopcompany.co.uk/. Any returned items that have been worn must be washed prior to return please.
